Guy St. Godard's artistry is characterized best through his works, which capture the beautiful, diverse regions of Canada. Using a variety of mediums from watercolour to oil and pen and ink, Guy strives to create the true essence of nature's gift.

     " In this fast-paced, consumer-oriented society, I hope to encourage an appreciation for the simpler things ... the beauty of the world around us and an awareness for days gone by."

     Born to parents who were teachers in northern communities of Manitoba, Guy learned from an early age to appreciate the wilderness beauty of Mother Nature.

     Guy graduated from the University of Manitoba with a fine arts diploma, Dean's Honour list, in 1983. He is a member of the Winnipeg Sketch Club and the Assiniboia Group of Artists. Guy has participated in the Art Expo shows and currently sits on the board for Manitoba Art Expo.

     His work is represented in private collections across North America. Corporate collections include MTS Communications, Canada Post, Sussex Realty and Dorchester Developments.
